Our Dog Daycare Policies-
Before your first visit:
You must send a copy of your dog’s vaccination records showing the most current bordetella, rabies, and distemper vaccinations in order to make a reservation with Buckeye K9. If your pet has to take medicine or requires food in the afternoon, please let our staff know. Also, please bring any supplies your dog might require clearly labeled with your dog’s first and last name.
Pickup:
This facility does not operate 24 hours a day. Please ensure that your pet is picked up on time. We will charge a $10 late arrival fee if you are not here by the scheduled pickup time. If you are scheduled for a half-day visit and are late picking up your pet, you will be charged for a full-day visit.
Cancelations:
If you cancel or do not show up without at least 24 hours’ notice, there is a $30 fee.

Yes! If required, we can give your dog a meal in the afternoon or provide medicine. Please bring everything tagged with your dog’s first and last name if your dog needs food or medication to be distributed.
Dogs play all day long in one of our three indoor, climate-controlled play areas at Buckeye K9 Dog Daycare. We have district, separate areas for small, medium, and big dogs.
If you have multiple dogs, you can purchase a discounted package of visits that can be shared between two dogs. Purchasing a package of visits is a great way to save money for multiple visits.
At our Obetz location, we provide boarding, training, and grooming. Our pet daycare is situated in Pickerington, in the Southeast region of Central Ohio.
Buckeye K9 dog daycare is located on Windmiller Dr in Pataskala, Ohio. From Central Columbus, you take I-70 E to exit 112A Hill Rd, head south, then turn right on Refugee Rd. Then Buckeye K9 will be an almost immediate left on Windmiller Dr behind the Kroger.
